New news for us this week ... Charlie was promoted! He actually found out a little while back, but today was his first day to start as the new District Operator for the South Fort Worth area. We are really excited about this new promotion for him. He is now over 5 stores, 3 of them in S Fort Worth, 1 in Burleson, and 1 in Crowley.
So, that probably poses the question for most - are you going to move? Well, as of right now we are staying put. It is a 65 mile commute, though, so we will see what Charlie says after a few weeks or months of that!!!
In other news, I have put in my 2 weeks notice at my job. Now that Charlie cannot stay home with Hayley on days she is not in school at her school, it just is not worth it to me to work full-time anymore. We never intended to have her in care 5 days a week, so the decision, while emotional and heart-felt, came a bit easy for us. It just was too hard for me knowing that I do not even have to work and she was being tossed around a little too much wihtout her Daddy home!
Well, I think that is all of the news here for now. We will certainly keep everyone posted if there becomes a move in our near future.
