A Splish, A Splash .... and a Long Night of Sleep

C.J. absolutely loves his bath! We give him one every night because he just gets so relaxed. He will usually start "asking" for his bath (AKA crying for no reason around 8pm). On nights that a bath just is not possible, we at least wipe him down with a warm rag to give him the essence of having his beloved bath!

Some of you have been asking for some bath time pictures, so here we go. The only thing is that he doesn't smile or play, he just lays back and is so relaxed the whole time. Such a little man! You will also notice that he has become quite the chunky monkey these days. I don't have any official weight or height for him yet, but will let you know when we measure at 3 months.




On another note, I guess it is a good thing that he has his bath to relax him and get him settled in for the night. After bath, he typically takes his nighttime bottle, no matter when his last feeding was. After that, he is ready for bed.

Sleeping at night is one of his strong points. As I have mentioned before, we have been getting good amounts of sleep for quite some time. Now, C.J. has decided that we may need just a bit more. For about the past week, he has been asleep by 9-9:30pm and wakes up around 7am. Last night, he tried going for the 12 hour mark going to bed at 8:30pm and waking at 8:20am. He is such an angel when he is sleeping that I just had to get a picture of him. Enjoy!
