... somewhere in the midst of our busy month of September! Ok, so all of you sarcastic friends that have been ribbing me about not keeping up, here you go.
C.J. turned 9 months on Sept 19th. We had his Dr's appt on the 29th because that is when the Dr got back into the office from having surgery of her own.
His 9 month stats were ...
Weight: 20 lbs. 5.5 oz.
Height: 29.5 inches
He is a very big and growing boy. We are still having issues with reflux, so she gave us a prescription to help him out a bit. Today was actually the first day for him to take it after dealing with insurance companies dictating which prescription that he could take. We'll see how it does!
We also found out at his appt that C.J. is slightly anemic. His iron count was low, so right now, she is treating it with nutrition. He is eating more foods higher in iron to try to build it up. She will retest him at his 12 mo appt, and we will go from there depending on what the levels are at that time.
Otherwise, C.J. is happy and healthy. He thinks he can do anything his big sister can do, loves to 'cruise' around and babbles like crazy. Sometimes you can pick out words that you 'think' he is saying! HA!
I will have to get on the ball and take pictures soon!!! Bad Mommy!
