First Grade End of Year Party

Hayley had her end of year party for first grade on Friday afternoon, and it was a lot of fun! They did a "Minute to Win It" type event with 12 different games that they had a minute to complete and competed against a partner.

One of her favorite games was the stacking cups game ....

Here they had to use chopsticks to move the little army men from one bucket to another....

Ms. Clark jumped in to help Hayley out with the hula hoop game. Hayley had Ms. Clark for math this year, and she is retiring at the end of the year. She will surely be missed!

The first grade teachers got into the feather blowing game. You had to blow the feather across the floor to the wall! ...

Hayley with her homeroom and LA teacher, Miss Tieken. She has had such a wonderful first grade year and adores Miss Tieken so much!

I can't believe Monday is the last day of school for this little first grader. This has been such a wonderful year with awesome teachers, and Hayley has grown so much! There is no way that she is old enough to be heading to 2nd grade in August!!!!
