Hayley Graduates from Pre-K

Today was a bittersweet day! Hayley's last day of pre-k and her graduation. The CDC holds graduation ceremonies for the Developmental and Transitional Kindergarten classes as they move on to Kindergarten next year.

The two classes stood together on stage ...



and performed their favorite two songs from music class this year.



Then, they individually walked across the stage and received a Read to Me Bible, diploma and a picture collage from the year.



We then ventured outside for a prayer and balloon launch symbolizing the kids spreading their wings and transitioning into Kindergarten.




After that, we had a cake reception all together, then went back to individual classes where we had a pizza lunch.

We certainly had a nice day and hate that Hayley's years at the CDC are done. It will be a transition for us all as she goes off to the next chapter of attending "big" school as she calls it!
